The G and J Lazy P is set back in a peaceful setting surrounded by trees in the middle of the city.  It is easy access from 74th and Indiana in the Arvada, Colorado area,  

The heated 19 stalls barn with 12 x 12  box stalls.  

Added in 2008 is a new 10 stall barn with the same accommodations as the barn listed above, complete with wash rack and tack room.

There are individual pens with shelter to accommodate one horse.

Also available is a well sanded round pen and access to a hot walker.

There is a separate tack area for the runs and shelter, as well as an outdoor wash rack, and an outdoor arena.

The indoor arena is 82x120.  The lights are spaced evenly so there are no shadows when one rides.  The ground is a sand and rubber mix and is worked everyday.  

We have access to the Indiana Equestrian Center which is 50 acres of open space and  trails in the area.
